Auction to be held on April 18, 2017, beginning at 1:00 P.M., in front of Bldg. 10 (Judicial Center) on the steps facing Nimmo Parkway, 2425 Nimmo Parkway, Va. Beach, VA 23456.
Title To This Sale Is Subject to any prior liens, taxes, conditions, restrictions and other matters of record which may affect the property, including matters which might be revealed by inspection of the unit.
TERMS: CASH. A deposit of $500.00 or 10% of winning bid price, whichever is lower, is required at auction. Deposit must be by certified funds and/or cash. The successful bidder's deposit will be retained at the sale and applied to the sales price. Balance of winning bid is to be paid within 15 days. At closing, Buyer shall receive title by Special Warranty Deed.
The successful bidder will be responsible for executing a Memorandum of Sale prepared by Trustee and containing additional Terms of Sale at the announcement of the winning bid, including the duty of purchaser to pay all closing deposits.
